Cups of Coffee Everyday Keeps Diabetes Away

It has been found that drinking caffeinated or decaf coffee lowers the chance of getting type 2 diabetes specially in younger and middleaged women

The Harvard School of Public Health in Boston, Massachusetts studied around 88,000 women and the reduction in risk was as much as 47 percent with four or more cups a day.
