The American Diabetes Association has published the book titled 16 Myths of a Diabetic Diet. The book addresses some myths regarding the concept of weight loss in diabetes. For the first place, the book suggests that diabetics need not lose too much of weight to control the blood glucose. A little amount of weight loss can make a large difference.
