Ryan Cameron Foundation Has Been Awarded by $40,000

Aetna (NYSE:AET) has announced an award of $40,000 to Ryan Cameron Foundation for its continuing efforts to reduce the effects of diabetes and childhood obesity in the Altanta area.Ryan-Cameron-Talking-To-People

Aetna’s grant will help them to fund a diabetes screening day for which Aetna will be the title sponsor. Moreover the Aetna’s representatives will share its information about the risk factors related with diabetes and how to manage this disease.

Ryan Cameron is the lead person behind the Atlanta’s No.1 afternoon drive time slot on Altanta’s Heriage Station V-103 where he speaks to hundreds and thousands of people every weekday. Cameron has been a staunch supporter of Atlanta’s communities for more than 15 years, leading him to form the Ryan Cameron Foundation. It has awarded grants to over 40 non-profit organizations and scholarships to six students.

We  thank the Georgia Center  for their incredible support and desire to help facilitate our meeting,” said Kysha Cameron, president of the Ryan Cameron Foundation. “Thanks to Aetna’s generous donation, we will work tirelessly together on the initiative of diabetes education and awareness.
