Physical Exercise Everyday Keeps Diabetes And Heart Disease Away
A study over 1,700 pre teens and adolescents in Europe says that at least 90 minutes of physical activity every day lower their risk for heart disease and diabetes.
The study founds that active kids had lower cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, and less body fat than those who were less active.

Mmhh…I’m tired allready…90 minutes?!?! So I will have to do some sport or so? Or just move my couch around for a while? What is meant with ‘physical exercise exactly?

By Physical exercise or physical activity we mean to say, the exercises which we can do easily, like jogging, swimming, cycling, aerobics etc.
Just make sure to consult your physician before starting any of these activities.
