Lifestyle Change Can Postpone Type 2 Diabetes
A recent study published in the journal The Lancet shows that regular exercise, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle can reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes. The study emphasize the role of a good lifestyle to reduce the chance of type 2 diabetes by 3 to 6 years in the suspecting patients.

Researchers at the Prevention Research Center at the Yale University School of Medicine find that less alcohol, moderate exercise and balanced diet can lessen the risk of type 2 diabetes by nearly 43%. It can be added that the type 2 diabetes is closely linked to obesity and other related problems.
To conclude, another study in a Chinese University supports the same reason.
