According to the study reported in the July issue of Diabetes Care, women who take green leafy vegetables and fruit have lower risk of type 2 Diabetes than those who take higher ratio of fruit juices.

According to a report published in the July Issue of Diabetes Care, women taking green leaf fruits and vegetable have lower risk of Diabetes 2 while the women taking fruit juices have the higher risk of developing Diabetes.
